Now the evil separates our two heros. The call of the family, Townsend doesn't notice the curious tell-tail glow of things not living, not real. Scary music insert here.

lol, the kitsune is seein' kitsune.....

to explain, kitsune in japanese mean both fox (as does kitsu) and Kitsune, or spirit foxes protected by the deity Iruni.....

Random connection: This reminds me of the final Harry Potter book when Harry is lured into the forest by a glowing silver doe.

Beautifully done - the trees you draw are fantastic and look effortless. All your artwork amazes me. Lots of people {like me} are good drawers, but you are truly an artist.

I've gotten this far reading these from the beginning back-to-back, and this is incredible. The art, the dialogue to match it, and a somewhat random, completely unstrained progression. So lucky to still have 6 months of these to look at, top notch.

Anyway, I've got a bad feeling about where this is going. Maybe I'm a little too stuck in twisted plots, but I've got the impression that Moonbear's time with Vivol may have left her (her?) bitter. It seems she set up the meeting with the sinister Lion, if that Lion wasn't a manifestation of her outright. Charles leaving behind the pacifier may be alluding to his original, non-aggressive behavior being perverted for some other end.

I don't want to write a book on the topic, but I can't imagine any reason an amiable Moonbear would want to take Townsen away from Charles, especially without even letting him know. The sound of the wind, the glow of Moonbear and the demeanor of the Lion are all pressing me into thinking this is all good or all bad. I suppose I'll know shortly!

Kabuki, I don't think the little owl is Townsen's brother, but you never know in this comic!

Wouldn't it be great to have a life-size ACC beanie to lay on?! Answer: yeah! Hehe.
