i just started reading this strip (just went through the whole archive). the characters and the artwork are stunning. i can’t wait to see where this is all going. also, the skunks are the funniest damn thing ever.

I just ran across this comic today and have read all of it. Your artwork is positively breathtaking, and your story is very evocative — only took me a half-hour to read but still left me nearly in tears for poor Townsen. The way you portray Charles’ innocence is especially fascinating — he’s this great hulking thing, but he has the mind of a child and is so loving and gentle. You can tell he has emotions and hopes and fears just like we do.
I love it. Great supplemental characters and humor. Can’t wait to see more!

The thing that brings hope to my tiny heart, is the title. I looked up the title defanition and got

ref·or·ma·tion

The act of reforming or the state of being reformed.

I’m hoping it’s the reformation of a cetain fox…. and not the

16th-century movement in Western Europe that aimed at reforming some doctrines and practices of the Roman Catholic Church and resulted in the establishment of the Protestant churches….

ok… not to self… work on the humour… can’t wait till next week
