I was just rereading the archives the other day and it’s amazing how much I’ve forgotten of the story. I didn’t realize this city was the one the lion referred to when giving Charles his quest, or this is the prince/king whose name he needs to get. I’m extremely curious how the humans will be handled, since so far they’ve never been fully shown aside from a shadow and whatever they leave behind. I’m also curious why the prince’s speech bubbles are square while everyone else’s are round. At first I thought it was a difference between a human speaking and an animal speaking but it doesn’t seem to be the case. I wonder too just where this city is, since it seems kind of Middle Eastern but so many of the animals that are nearby aren’t from that climate, unless it’s just an imaginary city. Very curious!

I also love the cats. :D

I’ve never commented before but I’ve been reading for a long time and it wasn’t till I reread the archives that I realized how wonderful and brilliant the whole comic, art and story included, really is. Thanks so much for making it! I absolutely can’t wait for more. :)
